Objective To explore the clinical application of the modified lateral minimally invasive incision in thoracic surgery. Methods 30 cases of patients with superior lateral minimally invasive incision in our hospital during the past 1 years were selected as the observation group, and 30 patients were selected as the control group. Results The incision length of the observation group was signiifcantly longer than that of the control group, the operation time and hospitalization time were signiifcantly shorter than those of the control group, the amount of bleeding was signiifcantly less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The improvement of the anterior lateral minimally invasive incision in chest surgery, not only can remove the lesions, but also can clean lymph nodes, in accordance with the rules of surgical operation of lung cancer, the effect is signiifcant.%目的：探讨改良前外侧微创切口在胸部手术中的临床应用。方法选取我院近1年收治的改良前外侧微创切口行上纵隔肿瘤和肺手术切除患者30例作为观察组，选择30例同期进行常规胸部手术切口标准后外侧切口患者作为对照组。结果观察组患者的切口长度长于对照组患者，手术时间和住院时间短于对照组患者，术中出血量少于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论胸部手术中采用改良前外侧微创切口，不仅可以切除病灶，还可以清扫淋巴结，符合肺癌外科手术操作规则，效果较好。
