Objective To investigate the effect of different materials in maxillary complete denture restoration. Methods 120 cases of maxillary complete denture edentulous patients were analyzed from May 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital, according to the different materials in patients with maxillary complete denture applications, the patients were divided into injection group, cobalt-chromium alloys and titanium plate group group, the three groups of patients 3 years after the dentures loose, broken case and patient satisfaction. Results The rate of injection group and dentures loose titanium plate group was respectively 30.95% (13/42) and 31.11%(14/45) was signiifcantly lower than the Co-Cr alloy group 45.45%(15/33), there was signiifcant difference. Titanium plate group and cobalt chromium alloy group denture fracture rates were 15.56%(7/45) and 15.15%(5/33), are lower than the fracture rate of injection group 38.10%(16/42), injection group, pure titanium plate group and patient satisfaction Co-Cr alloy group was respectively 83.33% (35/42), 95.56% (43/45) and 81.81% (27/33). Conclusion Different materials in maxillary complete denture restoration, the ifxation of titanium plate and the effect of fracture resistance were the most satisfactory, and the patients were satisifed with the highest rate.%目的:探讨不同材料在上颌全口义齿修复中的效果。方法选取2012年5月~2013年5月在我院进行上颌全口义齿修复的120例无上牙颌患者资料进行分析,根据患者在上颌全口义齿修复中应用的不同材料,将患者分为注塑组、钴铬合金组和纯钛板组,比较三组患者应用3年后的义齿松脱、折断情况及患者满意度。结果注塑组和纯钛板组的义齿松脱率分别为30.95%(13/42)和31.11%(14/45)低于钴铬合金组45.45%(15/33),差异有统计学意义。纯钛板组和钴铬合金组义齿折断率分别为15.56%(7/45)和15.15%(5/33),皆比注塑组的折断率38.10%(16/42)低;注塑组、纯钛板组和钴铬合金组的患者满意率分别为83.33%(35/42),95.56%(43/45)和81.81%(27/33)。结论不同材料在上颌全口义齿修复中,纯钛板义齿的固位和抗折裂效果最理想,患者满意率最高。
