Objective To study the effect of the community diabetes mellitus patients receiving extended nursing. Methods We carried out the research on the risk of diabetes mellitus in our hospital to carry out the analysis from April 2014 to April 2015, all the 40 cases of high risk patients with diabetes, to provide extended care, the effect of nursing before and after the analysis. Results Before the intervention, there were 17 cases of patients with diabetes knowledge, accounting for 42.50%of the total, 32 patients after nursing intervention to master the knowledge of diabetes, accounting for 80% of the total number of patients with diabetes mellitus before and after treatment with different (P<0.05). After intervention, the patients of glycated hemoglobin high protein, three acyl glycerin, postprandial blood glucose, fasting blood glucose index Bigan pre before low, and the result is statistically difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The knowledge about diabetes in the community after the extension of the high risk group of diabetes mellitus, which has a deep knowledge of diabetes, has greatly helped to develop a good life habit.%目的：研究分析社区糖尿病人群接受延伸护理的效果。方法根据2014年4月～2015年4月我院开展的糖尿病高危群体延伸护理研究来进行分析，全部共40例糖尿病高危患者，对他们提供延伸护理，对护理前后的效果进行分析。结果干预前有17例患者掌握了糖尿病知识，占总数的42.50%；护理干预后有32例患者掌握了糖尿病知识，占总数的80%，护理前后患者糖尿病知识掌握率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。经过干预，患者的糖化血红高蛋白、三酰甘油、餐后血糖、空腹血糖等指标比干预前低，结果差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论社区糖尿病高危群体接受延伸护理后，其对糖尿病的知识了解有所加深，对其养成良好的生活习惯有很大的帮助，降低了患者的发病率。
