临床护理路径在乳腺癌围手术期护理中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的：观察临床护理路径在乳腺癌围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法本研究对象为我院2012年3月～2015年3月收治的120例乳腺癌患者，并随机分成对照组（60例）和观察组（60例）。对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组采用临床护理路径模式。结果观察组的住院时间、患者疾病知识得分、护理满意程度VAS评分等指标均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论临床护理路径在乳腺癌围手术期护理中具有良好的应用效果。%Objective To observe the clinical nursing path application effect in perioperative nursing of breast cancer. Methods 120 cases of patients with breast cancer were chosen as the study object in our hospital from March 2012~March 2015, and randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases). The control group using conventional nursing mode, the observation group adopts the model of clinical nursing path. Results Observation group hospitalization time, disease, knowledge points, nursing satisfaction indices such as VAS score were signiifcantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway in breast cancer in perioperative care has a good application effect.
