创伤性关节中多层螺旋CT的应用临床效果

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical application of multislice CT in traumatic joint effect. Methods 40 patients with traumatic arthritis were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015, X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT examination were performed on the patients, and the patients were treated by multi plane reconstruction (MPR), surface shaded display (SSD) and volume rendering (VR). Results The fracture line position and the displacement of the fracture fragments can be clearly seen in the patients with the multi-slice spiral CT. Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT examination can relfect the fracture condition of patients, and take appropriate treatment measures in time, so as to promote the recovery of patients.%目的：分析创伤性关节中多层螺旋CT的临床应用效果。方法随机选择我院2014年8月～2015年8月收治的创伤性关节患者40例，对患者进行X线片与多层螺旋CT检查，通过多平面重建法（MPR）、表面遮盖显示（SSD）、容积再现（VR）来观察患者的骨折情况。结果关节骨折患者经多层螺旋CT检查后，可清晰看出骨折线位置及骨折块移位。结论创伤性关节中多层螺旋CT检查可以充分反映患者的骨折情况，及时采取相应的治疗措施，进而促进患者恢复健康。
