全身及鞘内注射抗生素治疗开颅术后颅内感染临床探讨

摘要

目的 评估全身及鞘内注射抗生素治疗开颅术后颅内感染的临床效果.方法 将36例开颅术后颅内感染患者作为研究的对象,均采取全身及鞘内注射抗生素治疗,进一步评估临床疗效.结果 痊愈34例,痊愈率为94.44%;其余2例治疗无效死亡,死亡率为5.55%.治疗时间维持在6～17 d,平均治疗时间为(9.8±0.4)d.结论 对于开颅术后颅内感染患者,采取全身及鞘内注射抗生素治疗效果显著.%Objective To assess the treat the clinical effect of intrathecal injection of antibiotics in the treatment of intracranial infection after craniotomy.Methods Selected 36 cases of intracranial infection after craniotomy were taken as the object of study. The patients were treated with systemic and intrathecal injection of antibiotics.Results 36 cases were cured, the cure rate was 94.44%, 34 cases were cured, the other 2 cases were treated with invalid death, the mortality rate was 5.55%. Duration of treatment was maintained at 6 to 17 days, the average time was (9.8±0.4) days.Conclusion Patients with intracranial infection after craniotomy, systemic and intrathecal injection of antibiotics is effective.
