锁定加压钢板在治疗四肢骨折中的临床价值探讨

摘要

Objective Study the clinical value of locking compression plate in treatment of limbs fracture.Methods Selected 72 cases of patients with extremities fractures were divided into control group and treatment group, respectively adopt ordinary steel plate and the locking compression plate for treatment, compared treatment effect of two groups.ResultsThe treatment group total effective rate and complications were superior to control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion In treatment of limbs fracture in patients with locking compression plate application value is high.%目的：对在四肢骨折治疗中采取锁定加压钢板方法的临床价值进行研究。方法选择四肢骨折患者72例分为对照组与治疗组，分别采取普通钢板与锁定加压钢板进行治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率与并发症发生情况均优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论在治疗四肢骨折患者中锁定加压钢板的应用价值较高。
