改良泪小管断裂吻合术临床分析

摘要

Objective To study the tears tubular fracture anastomosis clinical curative effect of improved method.Methods Retrospective analysis of from July 2010 to October 2014 were tears tubular fracture 45 patients, under the microscope to look straight, found tears tubular nasal side end, through careful way, lacrimal duct retrograde placement of lacrimal duct drainage tube, placed drainage tube 2 ~ 3 mo, extubation after 6 months to 3 years follow-up observation curative effect. Results Tears tubular nasal side break the methods for matching of lacrimal duct retrograde catheter and applications of lacrimal duct drainage tube, small tube rupture of improved tear anastomosis 98% efifcient.Conclusion The improved anastomosis of lacrimal tube rupture, this paper reports the economy, the success rate is high.%目的：探讨泪小管断裂吻合术改良方法的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2010年7月～2014年10月收治的泪小管断裂45例患者，显微镜直视下，找到泪小管鼻侧断端，通过泪道逆行置管方式，置入泪道引流管，放置引流管2～3 Mo,拔管后6个月～3年随访观察疗效。结果泪小管鼻侧断端的寻找方法，配合泪道逆行置管及泪道引流管的应用，使改良泪小管断裂吻合术有效率达98%。结论改良泪小管断裂吻合术，经济，成功率高。
