腹腔镜胆囊手术围手术期的护理干预分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perioperative nursing intervention on laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods100 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received nursing intervention. The clinical nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group, the patients had the time to get out of bed, exhaust time and hospital stay, the incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction rate was better than the control group, the comparison between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can reduce postoperative complications, promote postoperative recovery, shorten the length of hospital stay.%目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊手术围术期护理干预的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年1月～2014年12月期间收入院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者100例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予围术期护理干预。对比分析两组患者临床护理效果。结果观察组患者下床活动时间、排气时间及住院时间、并发症发生率、护理满意率均优于对照组患者，组间比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论给予腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期护理干预，可减低术后并发症率，促进术后康复，并缩短住院时间，治疗效果确切。
