比较头位胎膜早破与人工破膜妊娠结局临床分析

摘要

目的：分析比较头位胎膜早破与人工破膜妊娠结局。方法研究选择我院2013年2月～2015年1月50例头位胎膜早破产妇为对象，作为目标组，并以同期人工破膜产妇50例为参照组。对比分析两组产妇剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率和新生儿Apgar评分的差异性。结果参照组妊娠结局优于目标组，主要表现在其产妇剖宫产率、新生儿窒息概率低于目标组，且新生儿Apgar评分高于参照组，P＜0.05。结论头位胎膜早破对母婴安危产生重要影响，应加强其预防和重视，并及时采取合适的措施，保障母婴安全。%Objective To analyze and compare the pregnancy outcome of the head of the premature rupture of membranes and artificial rupture of membranes.MethodsFrom February 2013 to January 2015, 50 patients with premature rupture of membranes as the target group, and 50 cases of artificial rupture of membrane as the reference group. The difference between the two groups of maternal cesarean section rate, neonatal asphyxia rate and neonatal Apgar score.Results The pregnant outcome in the reference group was significantly better than that of the target group, the main manifestation of the maternal cesarean section rate, neonatal asphyxia rate was significantly lower than the target group, and neonatal Apgar score was significantly higher than the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion The early rupture of the head of fetal membranes has important influence on the safety of mother and infant. It should strengthen the prevention and attention, and take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of mother and baby.
