目的：针对异位妊娠术治疗中对产妇采用心理护理方法的疗效进行初步探讨。方法收集2013年1月～2014年1月期间实施腹腔镜手术治疗的42例异位妊娠患者有关资料开展分析研究，随机将患者分为对照组和干预组，每组各有21例，对照组采用常规护理方法，干预组基于此采取心理护理方法，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果在焦虑等不良心理情绪评分方面，干预组患者相对于对照组患者较低，且在术后生活信心度方面干预组患者高于对照组患者，两组患者之间存在的差异具有统计意义（P＜0.05）。结论对异位妊娠手术患者采取心理护理措施，可使患者在术前降低不良心理情绪，对于提高患者生活信心度具有明显效果。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychological nursing for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 42 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated by laparoscopic surgery were collected from January 2013 to January 2014. The patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, 21 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The clinical efifcacy of the two groups were compared.Results Patients with anxiety and other adverse psychological score, the patients in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, and the patients in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe psychological nursing measures for patients with ectopic pregnancy surgery can reduce the adverse psychological mood obviously, and have a more obvious effect on improving the life conifdence of patients.
