超声引导下甲状腺结节细针穿刺术的护理干预观察

摘要

目的：观察超声引导下甲状腺结节细针穿刺术的护理干预方法。方法选择37例采用超声引导下甲状腺结节细针穿刺术的患者的临床资料，术前加强身心调节，术中加强护理配合，术后降低并发症的发生。结果本组患者穿刺成功率为100%，术后未见严重血肿发生，患者对护理满意度评分平均分为（92.4±4.7）分，整体护理效果较为满意。结论行甲状腺结节细针穿刺术治疗的过程中，有效的护理干预可提高甲状腺细针穿刺治疗的成功率，避免并发症的发生，从而提高护理质量。%Objective Observation of nursing interventions ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration of thyroid nodules surgery.Methods37 cases of clinical data of patients treated with ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration of thyroid nodules surgery, the preoperative strengthen the physical and mental adjustment, surgery to enhance care coordination, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.Results This group of patients puncture success rate was 100%, no serious postoperative hematoma, patient care satisfaction scores average score (92.4 ± 4.7) points, the overall effect is more satisfactory care.Conclusion Thyroid nodule ifne needle aspiration in the treatment process, the effective nursing intervention can improve the success rate of treatment of thyroid ifne-needle aspiration, avoid complications, thereby improving the quality of care.
