老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理措施分析

摘要

目的：探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理措施。方法对我院2014年10月～2015年4月收治的32例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理资料进行分析。结果32例患者自我护理能力总分，护理前为（27.61±3.78）分；护理后3个月为（92.68±8.92）分，护理后高于护理前；护理后生存质量评分均低于护理前（P＜0.05）。结论老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者给予科学的护理，可缓解临床症状，提高患者自我管理能力和生存质量。%Objective To view the measures of nursing on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). MethodsTo view the nursing details of 32 elderly patients with COPD, from October 2014 to April 2015.ResultsThe total score of nursing on self-care ability before nurse (27.61±3.78) was higher than after nurse (92.68±8.92), the total score of life quality before nurse was higher than after nurse (P<0.05). Conclusion Scientific nursing can relieve symptoms, improve ability of self-care and improve quality of life in COPD.
