胃癌根治术后相关并发症的观察及护理

Objective Discussion gastric cancer postoperative complications and related nursing.MethodsOur hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 were treated gastric cancer radical surgery clinical data 216 patients were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsThere are 17 patients with gastric cancer after radical prostatectomy appeared complications, the incidence was 7.87%. After close observation, and give corresponding treatment and nursing measures, all patients were recovered.ConclusionGastric cancer after radical resection, patients were closely observed and effective treatments that can reduce the incidence of complications, thereby improving the success rate of gastric cancer surgery.%目的：探讨胃癌根治术后常见并发症以及相关护理方法。方法对我院2011年9月～2013年9月收治的行胃癌根治术的216例患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果胃癌根治术后有17例患者出现了并发症，发生率为7.87%。经过密切观察，并给予相应的治疗和护理措施，所有患者均康复出院。结论行胃癌根治术后，对患者进行密切观察和有效护理，可以降低并发症的发生率，从而提高胃癌根治术的成功率。
