反流性食管炎应用奥美拉唑和法莫替丁治疗的效果对比评估及研究

摘要

Objective To evaluate and compare the reflux esophagitis,application of omeprazole and farmer for west clinical curative effect of treatment.Methods From January 2013 to December 2014, our hospital 80 cases of reflux esophagitis patients as the research object, randomly divided 80 patients into control group and observation group, control group given farmer for west treatment, observation group was given omeprazole treatment, compared two groups of patients with the clinical therapeutic effect.Results To observe the treatment group total effectiveness 92.5%, control group total effectiveness 72.5%, treatment group total effective rate is signiifcantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionRelfux esophagitis patients with omeprazole clinical treatment effect more ideal.%目的：评估和对比反流性食管炎应用奥美拉唑和法莫替西治疗的临床治疗效果。方法选择2013年1月～2014年12月我院收治的80例反流性食管炎患者作为研究对象，随机把80例患者分成对照组与观察组，对照组给予法莫替西治疗，观察组给予奥美拉唑治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率92.5%，对照组治疗总有效率72.5%，观察组总有效率高于对照（P＜0.05）。结论反流性食管炎患者应用奥美拉唑临床治疗效果更为理想。
