探讨原发性肾病综合征合并急性肾衰竭的发病原因和病理特征

Objective To discuss the causes and pathological characteristics of the primary nephrotic syndrome with acute renal failure and to find a way to improve the prognosis of the patients.Methods 30 cases of primary nephrotic syndrome complicated with acute renal failure in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected to determine the causes and pathological characteristics of the patients with acute renal failure. ResultsDrug factor, renal edema factor and infection were the cause of the disease.ConclusionBecause of the diversity of the patients with primary nephrotic syndrome complicated with acute renal failure, it is necessary to diagnose the cause of the disease and to improve its prognosis.%目的：通过讨论原发性肾病综合征合并急性肾衰竭的发病原因以及病理特征，寻找改善患者预后效果的方法。方法选择我院2012年8月～2014年8月接收的30例原发性肾病综合征合并急性肾衰竭患者，判断其发病原因和病理特征。结果药物因素、肾水肿因素以及感染等均为患者发病原因。结论由于原发性肾病综合征合并急性肾衰竭患者病因多样，因此须及时确诊病因，力争改善其预后水平。
