彩色多普勒超声在乳腺髓样癌与乳腺纤维瘤鉴别诊断中的价值

摘要

Objective To summarize the application value of color doppler ultrasound in differential diagnosis of breast medullary carcinoma and breast cancer.Methods Selected 86 patients with breast tumor and breast cancer who underwent color doppler ultrasound examination in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2014 were studied in our hospital. According to the initial differential diagnosis of breast tumor and breast ifbrous tumor, the differences between the ultrasonic image characteristics of medullary carcinoma and ifbrous tumor were analyzed by color doppler ultrasound.ResultsColor doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of breast medullary carcinoma and pathological examination was 94.44%, the diagnosis of breast cancer and pathological examination was 96.00%. The color doppler ultrasound examination in breast cancer patients was not found to have a clear capsule and axillary lymph nodes, the detection rate of breast cancer group was 91.67%, the detection rate of 41.67%, axillary lymph node enlargement, and the detection rate of 1 to 3 grade blood lfow signal were 94.44% higher than those in the breast cancer group,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast medullary carcinoma and breast cancer, the accuracy rate is higher, there is obvious difference between the two images, which can be used as an important basis for the differential diagnosis of them.%目的：总结分析彩色多普勒超声在鉴别诊断乳腺髓样癌和乳腺纤维瘤中的应用价值。方法选择2012年6月～2014年12月在我院接受彩色多普勒超声检查的86例乳腺肿块疑似髓样癌和乳腺纤维瘤的患者为研究对象，根据彩色多普勒超声图像最初鉴别诊断，并与病理检查结果进行对比，分析髓样癌与纤维瘤之间的超声图像特征差异。结果彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺髓样癌与病理检查符合率为94.44%，诊断乳腺纤维瘤与病理检查符合率为96.00%。乳腺纤维瘤组彩色多普勒超声检查未发现清晰包膜及腋窝淋巴结肿大，乳腺髓样癌组患者清晰包膜的检出率91.67%、腋窝淋巴结肿大检出率41.67%以及1～3级血流信号检出率94.44%均高于乳腺纤维瘤组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺髓样癌和乳腺纤维瘤的准确率较高，两者之间的超声图像存在差异，据此可作为二者鉴别诊断的重要依据。
