出院指导对预防老年性心力衰竭复发的影响

摘要

目的：探析出院指导对预防老年性心力衰竭复发的影响效果。方法将我院收治的老年性心力衰竭患者130例分为两组，其中给予对照组常规出院指导，而观察组则运用针对性出院指导，对比分析两组复发率。结果观察组的复发率低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论临床上给予老年性心力衰竭患者针对性出院指导，可以提高患者的自我保健能力，降低复发率。%Objective To explore the hospital guiding effects on the prevention of senile heart failure relapse.Methods Selected 130 cases with senile heart failure in our were divided into two groups, given the control group routine discharge guidance, the observation group used targeted discharge guidance, compared two groups of the recurrence rate.Results The observation group recurrence rate was lower than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion The senile heart failure patients' clinical targeted discharge guidance, can improve the self-care ability of patients and reduce the recurrence rate.
