目的：探讨泪道激光探通联合泪道置管术治疗泪道阻塞的临床价值。方法将泪道阻塞患者88例（132眼）按手术方法不同分为对照组（泪道激光探通）与观察组（激光探通联合泪道置管术），对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.97%，高于对照的85.85%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；两组患者并发症发生率对比，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。结论激光探通联合泪道置管术在治疗泪道阻塞中效果显著。%Objective To explore clinical value of the probing lacrimal duct laser and lacrimal canal in treatment of lacrimal passage obstruction. Methods Selected 88 cases of patients ( 132 eyes ) according to the different operation methods in different, were divided into the control group (laser lacrimal probing) and the observation group (laser probing combined lacrimal duct), compared two groups of treatment effect of lacrimal duct obstruction.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%, higher than the control group 85.85%,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance, compared the complication rate,P>0.05, had no difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Laser probing and lacrimal canal surgery in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction effect.
