中西医结合治疗脑出血急性期48例临床观察

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination therapy of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 96 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups: a control group and the observation group, 48 cases in each group, the two groups were treated with Western medicine treatment, observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on this basis, compared two groups effect. Results After treatment, the observation group was higher total efficiency, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination therapy of acute cerebral hemorrhage significant clinical effect.%目的：探讨中西医结合治疗脑出血急性期的临床疗效。方法选择96例脑出血急性期患者，随机分为两组：对照组和观察组，每组48例，两组均给予西医综合治疗，观察组在此基础上加用中医治疗，对比两组疗效。结果经治疗后，观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗脑出血急性期临床疗效显著。
