戊酸雌二醇联合复方玄驹胶囊在氯米芬促排卵治疗中的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To explore the influence of the endometrial variation, the ovulation, and the pregnancy rate on the cycle of ovulation-promoting after of combination of Compound Xuanju Capsule( CXC) and estradiol valerate to dysfunctional infertility( ODI) patients of Shen-yang deficiency syndrome( SYDS). Methods From January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital outpatient service, 2 groups of 63 cases whose were diagnosed polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and ovulatory dysfunctional infertility of Shen-yang deficiency in Chinese Medicine, the control group ( 31 cases, treated with clomiphene citrate( CC)+ estradiol valerate), the treatment group ( 32 cases, treated with CC, estradiol valerate and CXC). The post-treatment clinical symptoms, the endometrial variation, the ovulation, and the pregnancy rate, and so on were observed. Results It was better in the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment better effects on the endometrial variation, the ovulation and the pregnancy rate were obtained in the treatment group, showing statistical difference when compared with the control group (P<0.05), Pregnancy rate is as high as 59.25%. Conclusion Patient whose were diagnosed PCOS and ovulatory dysfunctional infertility of Shen-yang deficiency in Chinese Medicine, treated with CC, estradiol valerate and CXC can promote endometrial development, benefit embryo implantation, thus improve the clinical pregnancy rate,(as high as 59.25%).%目的：探讨促排周期中使用戊酸雌二醇（补佳乐）联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗后对患者子宫内膜变化、排卵及受孕率的影响。方法随机将2013年1月～2014年12月我院门诊63例 PCOS 并中医诊断为肾阳虚型排卵障碍患者分为两组，对照组31例为：氯米芬+补佳乐治疗，治疗组32例为：氯米芬+补佳乐+复方玄驹胶囊治疗，观察两组的子宫内膜变化、排卵情况及妊娠率。结果在氯米芬促排卵治疗中，对比单纯加补佳乐治疗，联合使用补佳乐和复方玄驹胶囊后子宫内膜、排卵情况及妊娠率均有所升高，妊娠率高达59.37%。结论对于 PCOS并肾阳虚型排卵障碍患者，在氯米芬促排周期中，若联合使用补佳乐和复方玄驹胶囊，可促进子宫内膜发育，利于胚胎着床，从而提高临床妊娠率，临床疗效显著。
