家庭护理干预对中青年高血压病患者生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the family nursing intervention on the influence of the young and middle-aged hypertensive patients quality of life. Methods Chose hospital in April 2013 to January 2014, when they are discharged from hospital after treatment, 94 cases of young and middle-aged patients with high blood pressure, according to the order of discharge is divided into observation group and control group, each group of 47 cases of patients. Control group given conventional medication after discharge guidance, observation group of patients after discharge to give family nursing intervention. Results A year later, the quality of life of patients with observation group was obviously better than that of control group, P< 0.05. Conclusion In young and middle-aged hypertensive patients after discharge, give family nursing intervention, can effectively improve the patient's quality of life.%目的：探究家庭护理干预对中青年高血压病患者生活质量的影响。方法选自我院2013年4月～2014年1月期间，经住院治疗后出院的94例中青年高血压患者，按照出院的先后顺序分为观察组与参照组，每组患者47例。参照组出院后给予常规的用药指导，观察组患者在出院后给予家庭护理干预。结果1年后，观察组患者的生活质量好于参照组，P ＜0.05。结论在中青年高血压病患者出院后，给予家庭护理干预，可以有效提高患者的生活质量。
