Objective To study the clinical characteristics of minocycline in treatment of skin diseases. Methods 86 cases of skin and venereal disease patients were divided into gonorrhea group (18 cases), acne group (16 cases), chronic cervicitis group (20 cases), skin infection group (17 cases) and non gonococcal urethritis group (15 cases) in our hospital from January 2012 to December, according to the different disease to give corresponding treatment time and the dosage of the minocycline treatment of diseases. The treatment effect of the patients were compared. Results Patients in each group after the treatment of the disease have different degrees of improvement, treatment is invalid and adverse reactions of the patients, gonorrhea group, group of acne, cervicitis, skin infection group, non gonococcal urethritis group cure rate are 72.2%, 75%, 70%, 82.4%, 73.3%. The cure rate of skin infection group was signiifcantly higher than other groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Skin disease patients treated with minocycline treatment, the curative effect is safe and reliable.%目的：对米诺环素在皮肤性病治疗中的临床特点进行研究。方法我院2012年1～12月收治的86例皮肤性病患者分为淋病组（18例）、痤疮组（16例）、宫颈炎组（20例）、皮肤感染组（17例）、非淋球菌性尿道炎组（15例），按照不同疾病给予对应治疗时间及药物剂量，采用米诺环素进行疾病治疗。比较各组患者的治疗效果。结果各组患者经治疗病情得到不同程度的改善，均未发生治疗无效及不良反应；淋病组、痤疮组、宫颈炎组、皮肤感染组、非淋球菌性尿道炎组治愈率分别为72.2%、75%、70%、82.4%、73.3%。其中皮肤感染组患者的治愈率高于其它各组（P＜0.05）。结论皮肤性疾病患者应用米诺环素进行治疗，疗效安全可靠。
