埃索美拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡的疗效研究

摘要

目的：分析三联疗法对于Hp阳性DU患者的临床疗效。方法将我院消化内科2014年1月～2015年6月治疗的89例DU患者作为研究对象，应用三联疗法进行治疗，治疗药物为阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮及埃索美拉唑。结果治愈83例，好转5例，未愈1例，81例Hp根除，根除率为91.01%。结论应用以埃索美拉唑为基础的三联疗法可以有效改善Hp阳性DU的治疗效果。%Objective To analyze the clinical efifcacy of triple therapy for Hp positive DU patients. Methods 89 cases of DU were chosen as a concept study patients in January 2014~June 2015 in our hospital, application of triple therapy treatment, therapeutic drugs amoxicillin, furazolidone and esomeprazole. Results 83 cases were cured, improved in 5 cases, cured 1 case, 81 cases of Hp eradication, eradication rate was 91.01%. Conclusion In esomeprazole based triple therapy can effectively treat Hp positive DU treatment.
