责任制整体护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者的应用体会

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of the overall nursing intervention on the patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 64 cases from February 2014 to March 2015 admitted to our hospital in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, each, each of 32 cases, analysis and comparison of general nursing intervention and holistic nursing intervention was performed to produce different effects. Results The effect of the observation group was better than the control group. The difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion It is effective to improve the patient's physical quality and improve the patient's condition by the responsibility system nursing intervention to the patients with diabetic nephropathy.%目的：探讨责任制整体护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者的影响。方法回顾性分析64例2014年2月～2015年3月入住我院治疗糖尿病肾病的患者资料，将患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各32例，分析对比进行普通护理干预与整体护理干预产生的不同效果。结果观察组患者治疗效果好于对照组的治疗效果，两者差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论责任制整体护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者的疗效更加理想，可以有效提高患者的身体素质，改善患者的病情。
