小儿颅脑外伤临床特点及诊治分析

摘要

Objective To study the clinical characteristics and treatment of craniocerebral trauma in children.Methods Selected 144 children with traumatic brain injury from June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital, and the clinical characteristics were analyzed and summarized the treatment. Results Through the analyzed the 144 cases of pediatric traumatic brain injury, 74 cases were cured, 46 cases improved, 2 cases of plant survival, 8 cases died.Conclusion Children of their anatomical, physiological, immunological and pathological features of, after craniocerebral trauma life signs appear to change, awareness of the existence of obstacles, seizures, vomiting and other more systemic symptoms.%目的 研究小儿颅脑外伤后的临床特点以及相关的治疗情况.方法 选择2013年6月~2015年6月我院诊治的144例小儿颅脑外伤的患儿,对其临床特点进行分析,同时总结诊治方法.结果 通过对本文所选的144例小儿颅脑外伤患儿进行分析,88例患儿经过治疗痊愈出院,46例好转,2例植物性生存,8例死亡.结论 小儿由于自身的解剖、生理、免疫及病理特点,出现颅脑外伤后生命体征出现改变,意识存在障碍、癫痫发作以及呕吐等多个全身症状.
