Objective To analyze the heat releasing lungs and phlegm and complex method for the clinical treatment effect of children mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods Our hospital between January 2013 to December 2013 treated 66 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia as research object, USES the random, it can be divided into observation group and control group (n=33). Control group patients were gave AZM for treatment, observation group of patients based on the application of heat releasing lungs and phlegm and complex method of treatment, Comparison of two groups of clinical therapeutic effect. Results Observation group with the clinical total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05), at the same time, the improvement of the symptoms in children with integral situation is better than that of control group, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Heat releasing lungs and phlegm and winding method for pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia has good treatment effect, can quickly improve the patient's clinical symptoms.%目的：分析探讨清热宣肺、化痰和络法对于小儿支原体肺炎的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院2013年1月～2013年12月之间收治的66例支原体肺炎患儿作为观察对象，采用随机的方式将其分为观察组和对照组各33例。对照组患者应用单纯泽奇治疗，观察组患者在此基础上应用清热宣肺、化痰和络法进行治疗；对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组（P ＜0.05），同时患儿症状积分的改善情况优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论清热宣肺、化痰和络法对于小儿支原体肺炎具有很好的治疗效果，能够快速改善患儿的临床症状。
