骨延长术治疗胫骨骨不连和骨缺损的效果评价

Objective To analysis the bone lengthening treatment the clinical effect of tibia bone nonunion and bone defect. Methods 64 cases of patients were randomly selected, divided into observation group and control group, 32 cases were treated with bone lengthening and external fixator. Results The amount of bone to extend the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, osseous healing time is the shorter of the control group, P<0.05, Two groups of patients with postoperative infection, blood vessels or nerve complications. Conclusion Bone lengthening treatment of tibial fractures, bone nonunion and bone defect obtain satisfying result.%目的：分析骨延长术治疗胫骨骨不连和骨缺损的临床效果。方法随机抽取患者64例，分为观察组和对照组各32例，分别采取骨延长术和外固定架治疗。结果观察组骨延长量明显高于对照组，骨性愈合时间较对照组短，P ＜0.05；两组患者术后无感染、血管或神经并发症的发生。结论骨延长术治疗胫骨骨折骨不连和骨缺损取得让人满意的效果。
