手术治疗药物难治性溃疡性结肠炎18例效果分析

摘要

目的：分析手术治疗药物难治性溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果和安全性。方法回顾18例药物难治性 UC 行手术治疗患者的临床资料，分析手术方式、手术效果和术后并发症发生情况。结果18例药物难治性 UC 患者经手术治疗后，无术中死亡患者；术后有效随访率88.89%（16/18），其中经手术治疗后痊愈率62.5%（10/16）；术后并发症发生率68.75%（11/16）。结论对于药物难治性 UC 患者，应科学选择手术方法，严格把握手术适应症和手术时间，根据病情需要制定个体化手术方案，最大程度促进 UC 患者早期康复。%Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of surgical treatment for intractable ulcerative colitis. Methods To review the clinical data of 18 patients with refractory UC, and to analyze the operation mode, operation effect and postoperative complications. Results 18 drug refractory UC patients after surgery and no death of patients in operation; effective postoperative follow-up rate of 88.89% (16/18), the after surgical treatment, the cure rate was 62.5% (10/16), postoperative complications rate was 68.75% (11/16). Conclusion The drug refractory UC patients should be the scientific choose operation method, strictly grasp the surgical indications and the operative time, according to the condition of individualized surgical plan, to the greatest extent promote early rehabilitation of patients with UC.
