Objective To analyze the repair and ordinary polypropylene lightweight mesh repair of inguinal hernia tension-free repair in value. Methods A random number table 97 cases of inguinal hernia tension-free repair line patient group, general group given normal repair polypropylene material, the experimental group was given a lightweight mesh repair were observed operative time and postoperative complications occurrence. Results The mean operative time (51.31±5.57) min was signiifcantly higher than normal group (42.38±5.49) min, P<0.01, the experimental group the incidence of postoperative wound pain 59.18%was signiifcantly lower than normal group 79.17%, P <0.05, the experimental group after the end of June 30.61%incidence of local pain, stiff foreign body sensation 26.53%was significantly lower than normal group, 54.17%, 47.92%, P <0.05. Conclusion Compared with ordinary polypropylene material, lightweight patch has shortened operation time, reduce postoperative complications and physiological trends and other advantages, is worthy of inguinal hernia tension-free repair used lightweight patch.%目的：分析普通聚丙烯材料修补与轻量型补片修补在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中应用价值。方法采用随机数字表法将97例腹股沟疝行无张力修补术患者进行分组，普通组给予普通聚丙烯材料修补，实验组给予轻量型补片修补，观察两组手术时间和术后并发症发生情况。结果实验组平均手术时间（51.31±5.57）min高于普通组（42.38±5.49） min，P＜0.01；实验组术后切口疼痛发生率59.18%低于普通组79.17%，P＜0.05；实验组术后6月末局部疼痛发生率30.61%、僵硬异物感26.53%低于普通组54.17%、47.92%，P＜0.05。结论与普通聚丙烯材料相比，轻量型补片具有缩短手术时间、降低术后并发症和符合生理趋势等优势。
