吻合器痔上黏膜环切术在环状混合痔治疗中的应用价值分析

摘要

Objective To analysis stapling hemorrhoids mucosa ifbrotomy in application value in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid. Methods 65 patients were divided into observation group 34 cases and control group 31 cases, were treated with PPH and ligation and resection. Results The observation group operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, and VAS score was lower than those of control group, P<0.05. The complication rate is lower than the control group, P<0.01. Conclusion Stapling hemorrhoids mucosa ifbrotomy circumferential mixed hemorrhoid treatment effect is remarkable.%目的：分析吻合器痔上黏膜环切术在环状混合痔治疗中的应用价值。方法将65例患者分为观察组34例和对照组31例，分别给予吻合器痔上黏膜环切术和内扎外切除术。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及VAS评分较对照组低，P＜0.05；并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.01。结论吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗环状混合痔效果显著。
