人文关怀护理在呼吸内科住院患者中的应用效果观察

摘要

Objective To study the application effects of humane care nursing in the respiratory department of internal medicine hospital patients. Methods 140 patients were randomly divided into observation group (70 cases) and the control group (70 cases), the control group were treated with conventional treatment and care, the observation group were treated with the conventional treatment and care based on the implementation of the humane care nursing, the nursing satisfaction and anxiety was compared between the two group. Results The nursing work satisfaction in observation group was signiifcantly higher than that in the control group, the SAS scores in observation group was less than that in the control group. Conclusion Humane care nursing can promote the rehabilitation of disease,improve care nursing quality and patient satisfaction with nursing work.%目的：探讨人文关怀护理在呼吸内科住院患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院呼吸科住院患者140例，随机分为观察组（n=70）和对照组（n=70），对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施人文关怀护理，比较两组患者对护士的服务态度满意度、技术操作满意度及焦虑程度。结果观察组患者对护士的服务态度满意度、技术操作满意度高于对照组；观察组的SAS分值低于对照组。结论人文关怀护理可促进疾病的康复，提高护理服务质量和患者对护理工作的满意度。
