目的：观察丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择不稳定型心绞痛患者120例，随机单盲分为治疗组和对照组各60例，两组患者均给予常规治疗，治疗组加用丹红注射液治疗。结果治疗组心绞痛临床症状改善总有效率为91.7%，治疗前两组超敏C-反应蛋白水平相近，治疗后都明显下降，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在常规治疗基础上，加用丹红注射液，可有效改善不稳定型心绞痛临床症状及心电图表现，降低超敏C-反应蛋白水平。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of the unstable angina pectoris by Danhong injection. Methods 120 cases were chosen, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each, the control group with conventional therapy. The treatment group in the control group based on the use of Danhong injection in the treatment of. Results In the treatment group, angina pectoris clinical symptoms improve the total efficiency was 91.7%, the treatment of the two groups before hypersensitive C reaction protein level is quite, after treatment were significantly decreased, compared with the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment, the clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram of patients with unstable angina pectoris can be effectively improved by using red blood injection, and the level of C-reactive protein is decreased.
