Objective To study the dorsey he was the joint of clinical effect for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer recurrence. Methods 50 cases of patients with metastatic breast cancer recurrence in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, which were randomly divided into combination group and traditional group, each group of 25 patients, couplet with a group of patients by west he was united for treatment, to the traditional group of patients with more than just by west he treatment, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and adverse reaction conditions is analyzed. Results Combination group of patients with the treatment of patients with effective treatment efifciency is much higher than traditional group, and adverse reactions occur rate is low and the traditional group of patients, combined treatment group effect is obvious. Conclusion The recurrent metastatic breast cancer too much west he was the joint treatment, can improve the treatment effect of patients, reduce the patients with adverse reactions.%目的：探讨多西他赛联合卡培他滨片治疗复发转移性乳腺癌的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年1月～2015年1月收治的50例复发转移性乳腺癌患者，将其随机分为联用组和传统组，每组各25例患者，对联用组患者通过多西他赛联合卡培他滨片治疗，对传统组患者则仅通过多西他赛进行治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果以及不良反应情况。结果联用组患者的治疗有效率高于传统组患者的治疗有效率，且不良反应出现率也较低与传统组患者，联用组治疗效果明显。结论对复发转移性乳腺癌进行过多西他赛联合卡培他滨片治疗，能够改善患者的治疗效果，减少患者不良反应的产生。
