目的：探讨在绝经后妇女取环术中应用米索前列醇联合利多卡因的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的绝经后妇女90例作为研究对象，均行取环术。按照用药方式划分为两组，各45例，对照组应用米索前列醇，观察组基于对照组加用利多卡因，对比两组取环效果。结果观察组手术时间、宫颈软化度、取环疼痛程度以及取环术顺利率均优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论在绝经后妇女取环术中应用米索前列醇联合利多卡因效果明显。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol combined with lidocaine in the treatment of postmenopausal women taking ring operation. Methods Selected 90 postmenopausal women who were treated in our hospital as the research object, and all of the patients were treated by the method of ring operation. According to the way of medicine were divided into two groups, each group had 45 cases, the control group with misoprostol and the observation group was based on the control group with lidocaine, compared with the effect of the two groups. Results The operation time, the degree of cervical softening, the degree of pain of the ring and the rate of the selection of the ring were superior to the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The effect of misoprostol combined with lidocaine in postmenopausal women taking the ring is obvious.
