交叉克氏针张力带固定联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗髌骨骨折的分析

摘要

目的：研究交叉克氏针张力带固定联合抗骨质疏松药物对髌骨骨折的治疗作用，探讨临床运用效果和前景。方法选取2013年12月～2014年12月于我院来就诊的髌骨骨折患者48例，随机分为实验组和对照组，各24例。实验组给予交叉克氏针张力带固定联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗，对照组给予单纯交叉克氏针张力带内固定治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组疗效优良率高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论运用交叉克氏针张力带固定联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗髌骨骨折具有较好疗效。%Objective To study the effect of cross kirschner wire tension band immobilization combine with anti-osteoporosis drug treatment of patella fracture, and explore clinical application effect and application.
