水胶体敷料用于联合抗凝治疗中皮下出血的效果观察

摘要

Objective To explore the therapeutic efifcacy of hydrocolloid dressings for subcutaneous haemorrhage in united anti-coagulationthe therapy. Methods 86 patients with unstable angina received united anti-coagulationthe therapy of clopidogrel, aspirin plus low-molecule heparin were selected to assign into dressing group and normal-care group randomly and averagely. Compared two groups of patients with time of skin bruises fade and degree of pain. Results The time of skin bruises of dressing group is shorter than normal-care group, and degree of pain is lower than normal-care group. Results had statistical difference. Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressings for subcutaneous haemorrhage in united anti-coagulationthe therapy can shorten the time of skin bruises fade and reduce the degree of pain.%目的：探讨水胶体敷料对联合抗凝治疗中皮下出血的治疗效果。方法选择不稳定性心绞痛应用拜阿司匹林＋氯吡格雷＋低分子肝素联合抗凝治疗，发生皮下出血患者86例。随机分为敷料组、常规组各43例，比较两组患者皮肤淤青消退时间、疼痛程度。结果敷料组患者皮肤淤青消退时间短于常规组，疼痛程度低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论水胶体敷料用于联合抗凝治疗中皮下出血能缩短皮肤淤青消退时间、降低患者疼痛程度。
