肠易激综合征治疗效果探析

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with irritable bowel syndrome, and to explore the clinical treatment of patients. Methods 66 patients with irritable bowel syndrome were selected in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, and the clinical datawere retrospectively analyzed. And the patients were divided into two groups, the control group with simple implementation of Western medicine treatment, observationgroup patients in the western medicine treatment, curative effect. Results The patients in clinical symptom improvement and clinical treatment effectiveness were significantly better than the control group, the difference was signific ant (P<0.05). Conclusion Inpatients with irritable bowel syndrome in clinical treatment, combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment effect significantly, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the treatment of patients with clinical total effective.%目的：对肠易激综合征患者的临床特征分析，并探讨患者的临床治疗方法。方法在我院2014年1月～2015年1月实施治疗的肠易激综合征患者中随机抽取66例，对其临床资料回顾分析。并将患者分成两组，对照组患者单纯实施西医治疗，观察组患者实施中西医治疗，对比疗效。结果观察组患者的临床症状改善效果以及临床治疗总有效性均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论在肠易激综合征患者临床治疗中，中西医结合治疗效果显著，能够显著改善患者临床症状，提高患者临床治疗总有效性。
