中西医结合治疗乙肝肝硬化临床疗效和安全性的Meta分析

摘要

Objective To study the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis clinical curative effect and safety. Methods Through national authoritative database, select 1990 January to December 2013 officially published 40 papers in hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver of Chinese and Western medicine therapy combined with literature data, and the implementation of mete analysis. Results In traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver, the domestic 23 years to research data exist: error, on the safety and efficacy of treatment there is a larger space for development. Conclusion For the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis, also need to improve the quality of clinical trials, and the clinical therapeutic effect and the safety of in-depth verification.%目的：研究分析中西医结合治疗乙肝肝硬化临床疗效和安全性。方法通过我国权威数据库，选取1990年1月～2013年12月正式刊载的40篇乙肝肝硬化中西医结合治疗的文献资料，并实行 Mete 分析。结果在中西医结合治疗乙肝肝硬化上，国内23年来研究资料存在发表性误差，在治疗的安全性和有效性上还存在较大的发展空间。结论对于中西医结合治疗乙肝肝硬化来说，还需要提高临床试验研究的质量，从而对其临床治疗效果和安全性深入验证。
