目的：探讨对全身疾病首发眼科症状的临床症状及治疗。方法回顾性分析2013年11月~2014年11月在我院接受治疗的眼科患者300例（465眼），对其临床资料进行分析。结果经统计，全身疾病患者在所有患者中所占比例为71.7%，其中糖尿病患者占45%，高血压占13.3%，妊高症占8.3%，血液病、肾功能衰竭等其他疾病占5%。结论充分认识全身疾病和眼部的关系，并对机体各个系统的疾病进行全面分析、准确评估，从而为患者制定出有效的治疗方案，有利于患者健康的恢复。%Objective To explore the clinical treatment of systemic disease in first symptoms of ophthalmology. Methods Retrospective analysis of 300 cases (465 eyes) in the department of ophthalmology from November 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital. Results According to statistics, systemic disease in all patients accounted for 71.7%, which accounted for 45% in patients with diabetes mellitus, hypertension accounted for 13.3%, pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome accounted for 8.3%, other diseases, such as renal failure accounted for 5%. Conclusion Full understand the relationship of systemic diseases and eyes, analysis the body of each system to conduct a comprehensive, develop effective treatments is beneift of health recovery for patients.
