妇产科手术患者腹部切口的分析与护理干预

摘要

Objective To study and analysis and nursing intervention effect on patients with abdominal incision of gynaecology and obstetric operation. Methods Selected 140 cases of obstetrics and gynecology abdominal operation in our hospital, divided into observation group and control group randomly, each group had 70 cases, the control group were given routine nursing care of patients with wound;the observation group on the basis of the control routine nursing, were given the comprehensive nursing intervention measures. Results The observation group data were better than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion The clinical nursing of gynecology and obstetrics operation in patients with abdominal incision position, psychological nursing, diet nursing care can be used and incision nursing care measures, can effectively improve the patient's wound effect.%目的：探讨妇产科手术患者腹部切口的分析与护理干预的效果。方法选取我院就诊的妇产科腹部手术患者共140例，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组70例，对照组患者入院之后给予患者常规伤口护理；观察组患者在对照常规护理的基础之上，采用综合干预护理措施。结果观察组的各项数据均优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论临床上在对妇产科手术患者腹部切口位置进行护理时，可以采用心理护理、饮食护理以及切口用药护理等措施，能有效改善患者伤口效果。
