目的：探讨门诊心理护理与健康教育在围绝经期妇女中的应用价值。方法将110例围绝经期妇女随机分为两组，对照组采取常规教育方式，观察组给予专业门诊心理护理和健康教育。结果干预前两组自身症状接受程度无显著差异，干预后观察组有好转，且观察组心理健康程度和生存质量均优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对围绝经期妇女予以专业的门诊心理护理和健康教育，可改善其心理状态和生存质量，提高对自身症状的接受程度。%Objective To investigate Analysis the application Value of outpatient psychological nursing care and health education in perimenopausal women. Methods Selected 110 cases of perimenopausal women were divided into two groups randomly, the control group received a conventional education, and the professional observation group received outpatient mental health care and education. Results The two groups before the intervention acceptance of their disease no significant difference was observed after the intervention group had improved; after the intervention, the observation group mental health level and quality of life was better than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The professional outpatient mental health care and education for perimenopausal women can improve their mental state and quality of life, improve the acceptance of their disease.
