鼻内镜下泪道硅胶管逆行置入术对慢性泪囊炎的治疗价值分析

摘要

Objective Analyze the value of endoscopic retrograde lacrimal silicone tube implantation in treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Selected 52 cases with treatment of endoscopic retrograde lacrimal silicone tube implantation. Results 52 cases of patients with operation success rate was 100%, the total efficiency of treatment was 96.2%, no serious postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion Endoscopic retrograde lacrimal silicone tube implantation in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis effect signiifcantly, safe and effective.%目的：分析鼻内镜下泪道硅胶管逆行置入术对慢性泪囊炎的治疗价值。方法选取52例患者实施鼻内镜下泪道硅胶管逆行置入术治疗。结果52例患者手术实施成功率100%，治疗总有效率96.2%，术后未发生严重并发症。结论鼻内镜下泪道硅胶管逆行置入术治疗慢性泪囊炎效果显著，安全有效。
