目的 对尿激酶溶栓治疗脑血栓的临床效果进行评价和分析.方法 选择2013年4月~2014年5月我院的90例脑血栓患者作为研究对象,随机将其分成实验组和对照组,每组各45例,对照组采取常规的药物治疗,实验组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予尿激酶溶栓治疗,治疗结束后,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果.结果 实验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论 尿激酶溶栓治疗脑血栓的临床效果显著.%Objective Evaluate and analyze the clinical effect of urokinase thrombolytic treatment of cerebral thrombosis. Methods Select 90 cases of patients with cerebral thrombosis from April 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital as the research object, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 45 cases in each group, the control group given conventional drug therapy, the experimental group were treated with urokinase thrombolytic therapy on the basis of conventional treatment, after treatment, compared between the two groups the treatment effect of the patients. Results Treatment of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Clinical effect of urokinase thrombolytic therapy for cerebral thrombosis is significant.
