目的 通过外敷白药膏治疗急性痛风性关节炎,探讨一种快速、有效控制急性痛风性关节炎临床症状的治疗方法.方法 按就诊时间将80例急性痛风性关节炎门诊病人随机分为两组,对照组40例,治疗组40例.对照组口服洛索洛芬钠片,治疗组在对照组药物基础上加用白药膏外敷,两组均在治疗1周后观察临床疗效、红细胞沉降率及血尿酸指数.结果 治疗组在缓解肿胀程度、红细胞沉降率指数及临床疗效改善均优于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),而血尿酸指数改善两组统计学差异无意义.结论 白药膏具有清热解毒,消肿止痛的功效,可快速缓解局部炎症引起的红肿热痛症状,从而使急性痛风性关节炎的早期治疗更为有效、迅速.%Objective Through the application of white ointment in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis, to explore a rapid, effective control of the clinical symptoms of the treatment of acute gout arthritis.
