护理干预在改善老年高血压患者生活质量中的临床效果

摘要

Objective To explore the nursing intervention on the clinical effect of senile hypertension patients quality of life.MethodsWe divided 150 cases of elderly hypertensive patients into two groups randomly, 75 cases in each group. Observation group implementation of nursing intervention, the control group conventional intervention. Compare two groups before and after the intervention of blood pressure, and the quality of life. ResultsThe blood pressure, quality of life were signiifcantly improved in both groups, but the observation group improved more signiifcantly (P < 0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can obviously decrease the elderly hypertension level, effectively improve the elderly patients quality of life.%目的：探讨护理干预对老年高血压患者生活质量的临床效果。方法随机将150例老年高血压患者分为两组，每组75例。观察组实施护理干预，对照组实施常规干预。比较两组干预前后血压以及生活质量。结果两组血压、生活质量均改善，但观察组改善幅度更为显著（P＜0.05）。结论护理干预可以降低老年高血压水平，有效提高老年患者生活质量。
