生长抑素联合香丹注射液治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of somatostatin combined with Xiangdan injection on the growth of acute pancreatitis.Methods68 cases of acute pancreatitis patients were chosen in our hospital in 2014 July~2015 year during February, according to the lottery will be divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group with conventional therapy combined with somatostatin for treatment, the observation group based on the increase of Xiangdan injection treatment, clinical therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups of ring. Results The two groups of patients after treatment, the clinical effect of patients is significant between group differences, by contrast, is more significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with acute pancreatitis by somatostatin combined with Xiangdan injection treatment, the effect is obvious. At the same time, this treatment does not cause adverse reaction corresponding to the patient, with the value of clinical application.%目的：探究生长抑素联合香丹注射液对急性胰腺炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2014年7月～2015年2月期间收治的68例急性胰腺炎患者，按照抽签法将其分为观察组以及对照组，对照组采用常规治疗联合生长抑素进行治疗，观察组在此基础上增加香丹注射液进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者经治疗后，其观察组患者的临床治疗效果较为显著，组间经对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对急性胰腺炎患者采用生长抑素联合香丹注射液进行治疗，其效果显著，同时此种治疗方法不会对患者造成毒副反应，具有临床应用价值。
