痰热清治疗痰热雍肺型肺心病急性发作临床应用分析

摘要

目的：研究分析痰热清用于痰热壅肺型肺心病急性发作期的治疗效果。方法选择2014年3月～2015年3月期间在我院进行诊治的94例急性发作期肺心病患者，均属于痰热壅肺型。运用随机数字表法将其平均分成两组，一组46例患者进行常规治疗作为对照组；一组48例患者在常规治疗的基础上加用痰热清作为观察组。结果观察组患者的总有效率约为89.58%（43/48）大于对照组的71.73%（33/46），差异有统计学意义P＜0.05。结论痰热清治疗急性发作期的痰热壅肺型肺心病的疗效确切，临床作用价值较高。%Objective To study the analysis of phlegm heat for phlegm heat type indicates pulmonary lung the therapeutic effect of acute phase. Methods 94 cases of acute episode of cor cor patients were selected in March 2015 ~ March 2014 in our hospital, all belong to phlegm heat type indicates the lungs. Its average by applying the method of random number table is divided into two groups, one group of 46 patients with routine treatment as control group. A group of 48 patients on the basis of conventional treatment combined with phlegm heat as the observation group.ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group patients was 89.58% (43/48) was signiifcantly greater than in the control group 71.73%(33/46), differencesP<0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Phlegm heat treatment of the acute phase of phlegm heat type indicates pulmonary lung efifcacy, clinical effect value is higher.
