肱骨近端三部分骨折临床护理干预体会

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of proximal humeral fractures in three parts of nursing intervention, so as to better guide clinical work.Methods2010 January to 2013 December in our hospital 60 cases of humeral proximal fractures in patients with three part as the object of study, psychological, diet, medication, small splint and functional exercise and nursing measures of the patients were followed up for 3~12 months, and to evaluate the clinical nursing effect of patients.Results The clinical nursing intervention, patients with clinical effect was excellent in 16 cases, good in 38 cases, moderate in 5 cases, poor in 1 cases, the excellent and good rate was 90%.ConclusionWith obvious clinical effect of nursing intervention on three part proximal humeral fractures, can effectively reduce the complications, improve patient and family satisfaction.%目的：探讨肱骨近端三部分骨折进行护理干预的临床效果，从而更好地指导临床工作。方法选择2010年1月～2013年12月来我院进行治疗的60例肱骨近端三部分骨折患者作为研究对象，对其进行心理、饮食、用药、小夹板以及功能锻炼等护理措施，随访3～12个月，对患者的临床护理效果进行评价。结果通过临床护理干预，患者临床效果为优的有16例，良好的有38例，中等的有5例，差的有1例，优良率为90%。结论对肱骨近端三部分骨折患者进行护理干预具有明显的临床效果，能够很好地减少并发症，提高患者及家属的满意度。
