The plate has a style-shaped part (1), and a spoon-shaped part (2) with a width that is larger than a width of the style-shaped part. The two parts exhibit a common longitudinal central axis (3), and are connected with each other by an intersection region (26). Screw holes (9, 10, 16, 17, 24) are attached to the two parts. Each screw hole has partial internal threads (27, 28) or partial rotating taper grooves in the two parts. A pitch of the internal threads or the partially rotating taper grooves lies within the range of 0.5 millimeter up to 1.1 millimeter.
